Dr. Bowyer is an Associate Professor of Clinical Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at The Ohio State University Sports Medicine Center, teaching medical students and supervising their practice with patients. His clinical research interests include Sports medicine, electromyography and amputee rehabilitation. Dr. Bowyer does research on electrodiagnosis; in particular, sports-related nerve injuries, as well as radiculopathy and carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. Bowyer has published articles in journals like Patient Care, Hospital Practice and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinics of North America to name a few. He went to The Ohio State University and graduated with a M.D. Dr. Bowyer is licensed by the State of Ohio.
