Dr. Macerollo enjoys all aspects of family medicine and is interested in working with geriatric and underserved patients. She received her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health and followed with family practice residency at Fairfax Family Practice in Fairfax, VA. Prior to joining OSU Family Practice at University Hospital East, Dr. Macerollo practiced at a hospital-based, multi-physician family medicine group caring for urban underserved patients of all ages, both on an inpatient and outpatient basis. She provided resident precepting and medical student supervision while maintaining her practice. Dr. Macerollo is fluent in written and spoken Spanish, enabling her to conduct patient interactions completely in Spanish.
