Li Li, MD PhD

Dr. Li Li, MD, PhD, MPH is an experienced practitioner and researcher in public health, cancer prevention, and molecular and genetic epidemiology. He received his medical degree from Tongji Medical University in Hubei in China, his doctorate degree from the University of Southern California, and his residency in family medicine at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Additionally, he did his cancer prevention fellowship at the National Cancer Institute and in Translational Oncology at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland. Currently Dr. Li is the Director of the Mary Ann Swetland Center for Environmental Health. He is also a Professor of Family Medicine, Epidemiology & Biostatistics, and Oncology as well as the Associate Director for Prevention Research at the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center, Case Western Reserve University. His interests and expertise include cancer epidemiology and prevention, cardiovascular diseases, and preventive medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Preventive Oncology, and has won multiple NIH awards for his cancer research.
