University Health Services (UHS) at the University of Cincinnati (UC) provides health care and education to UC students and to UC employees with work-related injuries or illnesses. UHS programs include:
In 2007, the Holmes and Linder health clinics had 30,000 patient visits. Throughout the year, the Wellness Center provided 67 health related programs to students, faculty, and staff of the university. Also, the University Fitness Center conducted 1500 personal training sessions for its members. REACH and the UC Wellness Center, assist employees and students through educational lunch and learn presentations.
These programs help University Health Services achieve its mission to "provide superb health care & health education in a compassionate & caring environment, to assist the University in providing a safe environment for students and employees & to provide wellness in a Just Community."
