With Parkinsons Plus Syndrome , do the eyes always have the problem looking up or down ? Or is it possible to have it and not have the vertical vision difficulty ?
Difficulty with vertical gaze is most commonly seen in a variant of Parkinson`s Plus Syndromes called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). Not every patient with PSP has this difficulty, neither is it specific for PSP.
