Answer:

Ringworm is a fungal infection. There are a variety of forms and these infections can occur in the skin, scalp, nails, etc. Any infection can be spread from one person to another. However, whether a person becomes infected depends upon his or her state of health and the ability to fight off infection. Unfortunately, the answer to your question is not a simple yes or no.
