Are there any treatments for the falls associated with Parkinson`s Disease?
I assume you are referring to the imbalance that can be a feature of PD, that leads to the falls. There is no specific medication for this. Optimizing the medical management and using ancillary aids are useful. The kind of walker used can make a difference. Walkers with wheels and brakes are more useful than the standard walkers used by patients with stroke or orthopedic problems.
