I am trying to choose a new dentist because the one I have has not been responsive to my questions.What are some of the ways to find a good dentist, what questions would you ask him or her?

Call your local Society of the State Dental Board and ask for a referral. Word of mouth however remains the most traditional way of referrals. You may ask questions related to Board Certification if the dentist is a specialist, also you may ask about how many years of experience the dentist may have.
