Shaking palsy?01/12/2000 |
My mother had what we then called "shaking palsy" and involved only a shaking head. Is this the same thing as Parkinson`s?
Sir James Parkinson first gave a comprehensive description of the disease in his "An Essay on the Shaking Palsy." However, the head tremor you describe is more likely to be essential tremor.
