Comtan medication would like all information available
Comtan (entacapone) is a COMT inhibitor similar to tolcapone. The major advantage is that it has not been reported to be associated with liver failure. For a review of how COMT inhibitors wotk see the Tolcapone section in the PD FAQ at this site.
