Osteoporosis Durnig Pregnacy

Question:

Osteoporosis in pregnant women,is this common? How does it happen? Does it repair it`s self?

Answer:

Osteoporosis is pregnant women is not common. It may have predated the pregnancy because of other health problems. A full term pregnancy actually protects women from osteoporosis assuming she is eating a healthy diet and not starving.
