Foot Pain and Osteoporosis12/28/2000 |
Is it possible to have osteoporosis in your feet? My feet ache all the time and it acutaly hurts to walk on them. I started on HRT about 3-4 months ago. I am a 44 year old woman. If not, why do my feet ache and hurt so much, and what subject should I look into. Thank-you!
Osteoporosis is usually a painless disease and thus it is more likely that your foot pain reflects some other condition. If foot fractures are present, however, one could present with chronic foot pain. You should discuss this further with your physician who may suggest other causes on foot pain based upon our health history.
