What is the daily recommended dose of Mirapex? This would be in addition to Sinemet,1000-1200mg. daily.Thank you.
There is no fixed dose as it changes with disease progression and also depends on any side effects that may arise. A typical starting regimen is 0.125 mg three times a day, increasing over three weeks to 0.25 mg two tablets three times a day.
