Smoking and Tobacco

Effects after30

Stopping smoking before 30 yrs will cause no effect in future? Is it true

It is unclear from your question if you are asking if quitting before the age of 30 is a benefit or not OR if there is a benefit to quitting after one has smoked for 30 years. Quitting smoking at any time is a major benefit to one`s health. Certainly, if an individual quits smoking before they are 30 years of age - they can enjoy the benefits of being a nonsmoker for most of their life. If one quits smoking after 30 years of smoking, the body begins to repair some of the damage from exposure to cigarette smoke. In earlier answers the benefits of quitting have been detailed.
