how much Should I run if I am 15
The American College of Sports Medicine has not precisely defined the optimal amount and type of exercise to recommend to young children and adolescents. Exercise should be individualized based on maturity level, medical status, skill level, and prior exercise experiences. Therefore, a healthy, conditioned 15 year old should begin running 20 - 30 minutes at least three times per week increasing time and days gradually. Depending on what your exercise goals are, distance running, running for health, or sprints should be taken into consideration prior to creating specific recommendations.
