Smoking and Tobacco

Blood Pressure

My Wife is using Clonidine to stop smoking. Her blood pressure has dropped to about 90 over 50. This is making her very tired. Other than the fact she may fall, is this dangerous to her health, heart, etc. At what blood pressure reading does this become critical?

It sounds like you`re asking for a specific diagnosis, which is more than I can provide online. Only a detailed history and physical exam by a healthcare professional can provide enough information to make a specific diagnosis. Please discuss your concerns with your healthcare provider.
