how do i help the pain in my feet at the end of the day to go away?
You may wish to provide more detailed information regarding what activity you perform during the day in order for us to provide you with some recommendations.
Generally, if you are standing on your feet most of the day, you may try to take frequent rests throughout the day to alleviate night time discomfort in your feet. You can do this by periodically sitting or propping your feet up.
