Should a patient with bronchial herpes be on isolation in a long term care facility? How is this spread?
I am not sure what is being asked here. Does the patient have herpes simplex or varicella zoster (sometimes called herpes zoster)? This question should be asked of the infection control department of the long-term care facility.
