Exercise and Fitness
I am a 20 year old female and I have absolutly no energy I am all of the sudden extremely lazy. I want to excercise but can`t find the motivation or energy to do it or anything for that matter. I am not over weight at all I am 5`6" and like 115lbs. Is there anything I can take that will give me lot`s of energy??? So I can get back to doing things with out having to push myself!!
Although a regular exercise program and healthy eating patterns can help to increase one`s energy level, I would first have you check with your personal physician to rule out any underlying cause of your recent lack of energy.
