I am overweight and I`m not sure by how much. I am trying to go on a diet but I don`t have the will power. I am thinking of using one of those advertised weight loss items or going on a crash diet. Which would be better for me?

A balance of regular exercise and healthy eating has proven to be the safest and most effective way to achieve long-term weight loss.
