Exercise and Fitness
I am 50, doing water exercises since 3rd week in march. i haven`t noticed much weight loss, but i am losing inches...i work out 3 nights a week after work for an hour,it is the BEST, especially for my knees! should i be noticing more weight loss, or am i expecting too much results? I have changed my eating habits as well. Thank you.
Exercising, in general, can result in a decrease in `inches` versus body scale weight. This is due to an increase in muscle mass, and since muscle weighs more than fat, you may not see the scale change much. Therefore, do not focus your goal only on scale weight. Rather, notice the increase in daily energy, better sleeping patterns, and the lost inches. Keep up the good work!
