Bladder Infection08/11/2003 |
I went to my doctor upon discovering blood in my urine. He tested my urine and said I had a bladder infection, He prescribed an antibiotic and it cleared up in 7 days. What causes someone to contract a bladder infection?
The question is really too general for a detailed answer. Bladder infections are relatively common in women, less so for men. The causes are many and cannot be detailed in a short reply. It would be best to discuss this with the doctor who prescribed the treatment. He/she should be able to give a more specific answer for your case.
