Post-Surgery and Proper Urination08/21/2003 |
I had a proststectomy about 4 weeks ago and still having problems urinating and I still have a bag for my bladder, which does not work properly.
At times the bladder may require some decompression with a catheter post-operatively. With time (can be 2-3 months) function usually returns. I suggest you discuss this with your urologist.
