Staying motivated during the holidays
Every year at this time my exercise program falls apart. I feel like I get too busy, and then I lose momentum and can`t get motivated to stick to a fitness plan. How can I stick to my exercise plan during the busy holiday season?
The use of behavior modification strategies such as setting goals, making agreements or contracts, providing frequent feedback, scheduling appropriate rewards, assessing and integrating social support, and providing prompts are important in modifying health behavior changes. If these fail, you may wish to consult with a certified personal trainer to help you reach your goals.
