My 18 year old daughter had an abortion in September of 2003, and, now she is pregnant again and wanting to get another abortion. Is it too soon to get another one?
Technically speaking there is no time frame that is too close to have an abortion. The procedure is no riskier the second time than it is the first time. There is no evidence that uncomplicated abortion procedures have any risk to the mother or future childbearing.
