Liver spots04/07/2004 |
I am 49 and just noticed liver spots on my hands. I know there are creams available to bleach them out, but are they safe?
Consult a cosmetologist at one of the department stores. There are numerous products available in the cosmetics counters. A dermatologist should also know what works. As far as I know there is nothing available that is permanent.
