my friend was doing cocaine with another friend and one has aids ... the friend with the aids had a sinus infection .so now the friend that did the cocaine doesnt know since he woke up with sinus problems if he has aids now too.. concerned for my friend please help .ps no knew that this friend had hiv who takes meds for each day to live..
There would have to be direct body fluid contact for the one with HIV to transmit it to another sharing cocaine. The only way for this to happen would be sharing needles or works. Not by snorting. Also, sinus infections and dental abscesses are the most common side effects from smoking crack.
