What is the cost difference and how do I decide between a partial or implant. I need to replace 3 teeth due to periodontal disease. Also are there insurance coverage that would help with implants?
Consultation with a prosthodontist would provide more information to aid in the decision process. In general, replacing three teeth with implants will cost considerably more (up to five times more) than a removable partial denture. Pre-authorization with insurance companies can be done to determine what they will pay.
