Obesity and Weight Management
I finished exercising and got supper. A half an hour after supper I weighed myself and I weighed 148 or 149. I did nothing else but sit on the couch and go to bed. I got up and weighed myself the next morning and I weighed 141 or 142.
Why is there this much difference in my weight? I also have IBS if that may have anything to do with it.
Fluctuations in body weight are due to changes in body water and water retention. It is often better to weigh yourself once a week rather than daily because body weight tends to fluctuate up and down from day to day.
