Catfish and mercury
Does catfish contain mercury and is it safe for a pregnant woman to eat?
Catfish, depending on where it is caught, may have mercury. In small amounts, the mercury is harmless. If you were planning to eat a great deal of catfish, it would be worthwhile to see where the catfish comes from and if there is mercury contamination in that area.
