Soreness in neck, arms, & shoulders
I have been lifting for approximately 3 years. Recently i have noticed pain in my upper body without increasing my pounds. this occurs after doing anything the least bit strenous. it gives me alot of discomfort including while I am trying to sleep. I have tryed giving it time to heal, but as soon as I return to activity, I am in pain again.
Anytime that one has recurrent pain that is not relieved by rest, it is recommended to consult a physician.
