Change in Semen Characteristics09/30/2004 |
Would a change in semen indicate any type of particular problem? The semen is typically thick and of a whitish consistency and lately it has become mostly clear and thin.
The characteristics of semen can change related to frequency of ejaculation and do not necessarily indicate any specific problem. If one is symptomatic with pain on ejaculation or burning and/or frequency of urination, an infection may be present, and I suggest you consult with a physician for a proper evaluation.
