Exercise and Fitness
Healthy relationships/fitness level
If you are in a healthy love relationship, do you stay in better physical shape or do you slack off because you have a partner? If you have recently broken up with a love partner, do you get in better shape in order to attract a new partner, or do you get in worse shape because you are depressed?
Whether one exercises or not is a personal decision. Improving one's health and wellness is a goal that is made for oneself, not for another person. A person who takes the time to care for himself will be more attractive to other people. Taking time to improve your health builds self-esteem and self-efficacy.
