Right-sided pain and nausea
I am a 40 year old female with Lupus. I`ve had it for sometime. For awhile I have been getting right sided pain acciated with nausea and vomiting. What could this be?
Pain in the right upper side of the abdomen accompanied by nausea and vomiting can be due to gallbladder disease.
Pain in the right flank/backside with nausea and vomiting could be related to renal colic.
Pain in the lower abdomen can be related to intestinal problems (inflammatory bowel disease).
There are so many possible explanations. It is difficult to give you a diagnosis without talking to you and examining you. My advice is to be examined by your family doctor.
