Pregnancy

Prenatal Vitamins

03/02/2005

Question:

Last night, I accidentally took 2 prenatal vitamins instead of my daily one. Thedaily dose includes 3,000 IU A(beta carotene), 400 IU D, 1 mg (folic Acid), 30 IU E, 120mg C,27 mg Iron 15mg Zinc, 150 mg Calcium 2.5 mg Copper, 3 mg B-1, 3.5 mg B-2, 20 mg Niacin, 75 mg magnesium, 30 mg B-6, 12mcg B-12, 30 mcg Biotin, 8mg Panto thenic Acid. I have been up all night with diarreha. Please advise. I am really concerned about too much Vitamin D and Folic acid. The others amounts seem ok if doubled. Thanks.
