Do Women Who Have HIV Still Have Menstrual Period
Do women who have HIV still have menstrual period or is there a change in their cycle?
Menstrual disorders are frequently reported by HIV-positive women. However, controlled studies have yielded conflicting evidence regarding whether HIV or HIV-related immunosuppression exerts a clinically significant direct effect on these reported disturbances and more definitive studies are needed.
