Hello, i am a 19 yr old male, who had sex once without a condom, i have had no obvious symptoms, However there seems to be a slight pain in my penis on occasion, and my testicles seem to be holding themselves closer to my body more often than not. My new girlfriend and i always use a condom, she and i have been having sex frequently for around 2 months. Recentally her discarge has been chunky, and sour smelling, she also has been noticibly dehydrated in general. Once after sex we found chunks of (something) lying underneath her, they looked like dead skin that had been rolled into pieces. but also could have been some sexual fluid from her body that solidified. Could this be an STD, and if so, what might is be? Please help. Thank you.
