Sun bathing06/09/2005 |
i heard that you can use oil to increase your sunbathing results but what type of oil is it i can i use Jonhsons baby oil instead?
There is no such thing as a good tan. A tan is a sign of ultraviolet damage to your skin. Continued sun exposure and tanning not only damages your skin, making you look older that your chronological age but it also significantly increases your chances of developing skin cancers. Using oil instead of applying sunscreen when you are participating in outdoor activities is a huge mistake since oil provides absolutely no sun protection. The short term satisfaction of "looking better" now will translate into skin damage and tumor removal later.
