Mr.Prof, Is it harmful to use penis enlargement tools? I have 6 inch penis but i want to increase. I have also Varicosel at right side. I had 2 operations at left side. Is it harmful for my varicosel? Is there any risk about impotance or premature ejaculation or loosing sensitivity in the future if i use these pumps? Thank You.
If used properly, a commercial vacuum pump should be safe. As far as the varicose veins, you will need an evaluation. Please see a urologist.
