KIDNEY SPOTS10/24/2005 |
A new adventure in life. Yesterday I had a Cat Scan to take a look at my Kidneys. The Doctor found "one large and two small spots on my right kidney and two small spots on my left kidney." It is now 2:40 PM. At 3:20 PM I will be in the MRI area of our local hospital. What might the "spots" be? Thanks Thanks
"Spot" on the kidneys reported on a CT scan can be almost anything. Some spots amount to nothing and the repeat scan will show "nothing". Others may be quite meaningful and require further investigation. The only one qualified to answer your questions is the one who did the scan. He/she is the one you should ask.
