Exercise and Fitness
Are there any specific exercises to stregnthen my mid back? I a 49 year old female with myasthenia gravis. I recently had cervical fusion c5,c6 & c7 due to herniated disk. Since the surgery my mid back below my shoulder blades really tenses up. The surgeon beleives it is due to the surgery and it will correct itself with time. I would like to try to help it along. I have been seeing a physical therapist but the exercises seem to mainly be aimed at range of motion for my neck and the shoulder blade area. I need help just below the shoulder blades. Any suggestions would be helpful.
