Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

My typical problem

Question:

I am in late forties. I am staying away with my wife. But due to intense sexual urge,I ave developed a habit of masterbation. But when I sex with my wife , say , after 3 monts, I am unable to orgasm or enjoy which I used to derive from masterbation. As a result of it, my penis shrinks and unable to erect. he end result is that my wife assists me in geting it squeezed by actively masterbation. Is this abnrmal ? My wife, in turn, gets saisfaction through vibrator. She is also accustomed to this mode of stimulation. But in both he process, participation to each other is ok. Is this abnormal way of deriving satisfaction.?

Answer:

If you are both comfortable with the current level of sexual activity, then all is ok.  If not, then you BOTH will need to see a marital therapist to work out the issues.
