what kind of exercise is best for a former cross-country runner that had fractured his left hip and wants to get back to running form for one more season.
More information is needed. How long ago was your hip fracture? What is your age and current fitness level, etc.? I would also suggest that you consult your physician for advice. He'll know all about you and your injury. Thanks.
