I want a Dr. to fix my jaw and malocclusion

I am 48/F diagnosed with tmj in 1997. currently my jaw trembles, i am in constant pain. I need help, I have seen dozens of dental professionals who don`t want to alter my Bad Bite. it is affecting my life and how I live. please, I will travel anywhere. :(
