Why do I not ejaculate03/24/2006 |
I am a 48 year old gay male and untill the last few years i have enjoyed a healthy sex life ihave developed a few medical problems as follows i experience rectal bleeding nearly every bowel movement from hemmeroids i have had 2 double hernias 1 was pre-natal(my mother fell down stairs while several months pregnant) for some reason i can get and maintain an erection but i just dont come either from masterbation or intercourse i dont even get the sensation of coming i do have some precome at the beginning but even this dries up.My only other real problem is phlebitus in my legs but i dont see the relevance.please help
This could be from some medicine, a nerve problem, psychological issues, or an infection. Please start with your doctor.
