Bump to the back of the head

04/18/2006

Question:

Around 6 months ago i bumped the back of my head against a wooden beam.My eyes blanked out for a few seconds and then everything felt ok.But since then i realised that my concentration level has been going down and my eyes get tired soon. Also,my eyes never feel fresh. Can this be related to my head injury or is it something else?

Answer:

You very well could have done some damage with the bump to your head. Unfortunately, without an in-person consultation with a trained physician, there is no way to tell. I would suggest that you consult with a neurologist.
