my son in his 30,s is in panama city fla. Was in water 4 days ago.Pain & swelling of lower legs occurred the first nite & is still there.Can`t get socks on & difficulty attempting to walk.Some blisters are now beginning to show.How long before pain & severe swelling decreases?Also is taking ibuprophen & applying aloe lotion.
If the sun signs and symptoms are due to sunburn, he should be seen by a physician in the immediate area promptly. Such inflammatory response indicates the possibility of second degree burns. To temporize with blister formation and infection, could be a significant threat to his health. Please see a primary care physician immediately!
