Exercise temperature

06/05/2006

Question:

why is 72-78 degrees the optimal temperature for strength training and conditioning?

Answer:

Extremes in room temperature, being too hot or too cold, will reduce the quality and even the quantity of your training session.  Temperature extremes can also cause damage to the equipment in your facility.
