Red spots under skin.08/01/2006 |
Every time I am on my feet long periods of time in the heat, I get dark red spots under my skin on my legs. I do not hurt and I do not itch. After a few days the spots fade. What could cause this and do you have a name for it?
It is hard to tell you exactly what your process may be. It is very likely related to some stasis phenomenon but your board certified dermatologist should see you when these are active. In the interim you may wish to wear light-weight support hose, which may help your process significantly.
