about two months ago i went for a check up to take x-rays and do a sonogram do to pains in my stomach and an ovarion cist. I was in so much pain I couldnt bare it.At the end of june I went to the doctor when she told me i did have a cist but it was normal size and to take b.c. pills. I havent gotten the pills yet and the pain in my stomach feels so much worse. Could it be that the cist bursted

Answer:

An ovarian cyst can burst causing pain, but it can also twist causing the blood flow to become interrupted.  You should seek medical attention immediately because it can cause damage to the ovary.  Pain of that nature is usually very intense and unless it is intermittent, is progressively worse.
